Introduction

William obtained his undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS), Brazil (2020), and his Master's degree in Genetics from the University of São Paulo (USP), Brazil (2023). He continued his research as a research assistant in the Uro-Oncology lab, FMRP-USP, Brazil (2023). In 2023, he became a Bioinformatics Researcher at the Environmental Monitoring and Biotechnology Laboratory at the Institute of Petroleum and Natural Resources (IPR), located at PUCRS’Science and Technology Park (TECNOPUC). His main fields of research interest are Transcriptomics and Genomics.
