Introduction

She holds a bachelor's degree in Languages Portuguese-English - Univates (1993), a master's degree in Languages from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) (2000) (CAPES) and a doctorate in Languages from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC) (2007). She completed her Sandwich Doctorate (CAPES) in 2006 at the University of Montreal, at CRIUGM (Centre de Recherche institut universitaire de gériatrie de Montréal). In 2009-2010 she developed Post-Doctoral Internship at the same university (CAPES scholarship) and in 2017 Senior Post-Doctoral Internship (CAPES) at Université Pierre et Marie Curie - Paris VI - Sorbonne and ICM (Institut du Cerveau et de la Moèlle Epinière). She has a partnership with CRIUGM, University of Montreal and University Laval (Quebec). Adjunct professor at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul, in the Language Course of the School of Humanities and in the PPGL. Founding member of the Science for Education Network(Rede CpE). Member of Include (International Network for Cross-Linguistic Research on Brain Health). Coordinator of the WG in Psycholinguistics at ANPOLL (2021-23). Received the Gaúcho Researcher Award from FAPERGS (2021) in the area of Arts, Letters and Linguistics. Research areas: language and cognition in aging, bi/multilingualism, CCL, Alzheimer's disease, APP and cerebrovascular disease; adaptation and development of tasks and batteries to assess typical and atypical linguistic and cognitive processing.
