Introduction

Associate Professor and Vice-Coordinator of the International Relations Undergraduate Program at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS). Also, a faculty member in the Philosophy Graduate Program at PUCRS (Capes 7). I am a full member of both the Brazilian Association of International Relations (ABRI) and the International Political Science Association (IPSA), where I serve on the executive board of the Research Committee "New World Orders." Additionally, I am a Research Fellow at the South American Institute of Politics and Strategy (ISAPE), where I served as President from 2018 to 2020, and a collaborating researcher with the project "Cosmopolitanism: Justice, Democracy, and Citizenship without Borders," based in Lisbon. I hold a PhD in Philosophy from FernUniversität in Hagen through a dual degree program with PUCRS, where I secured first place in the 2020/2021 selection process. There, I was a recipient of the DAAD Fellowship (German Academic Exchange Service). Currently, I'm a PhD candidate in International Relations at the University of São Paulo (USP). I earned a MA in Philosophy from PUCRS, graduating with honors (9.7 out of 10) and supported by a CAPES scholarship. I also hold a BA in International Relations from ESPM and a BA in Social Sciences from UFRGS.
