Introduction

Rafael Reimann Baptista is a full professor at PUCRS, where he coordinates the Biohub, a health innovation center at Tecnopuc. He holds a degree in Physical Education from the Lutheran University of Brazil, a specialization in Exercise Physiology from UFRGS, a master’s and a doctorate in Human Movement Sciences from UFRGS, and an MBA in Management, Innovation, and Health Services from PUCRS. His main research areas include biomechanics, exercise physiology, and aging. Rafael is the author of numerous scientific articles and serves on editorial boards and as a reviewer for prestigious journals. Additionally, Rafael Baptista actively contributes to the graduate programs in Biomedical Gerontology and Dentistry at PUCRS, where he supervises research on the biological aspects of aging, biomechanics, orofacial pain and dysfunction, and craniomandibular disorders.
