Lecture | Artificial Intelligence in the Public Sector: Innovation Potential of Large Language Models

Thomas Josef Lampoltshammer is a researcher at Donau-universität Krems

On April 11, at 5:30 p.m., visiting professor from the Institutional Project of Internationalization (PUCRS-PrInt), from Donau-universität Krems, Thomas Josef Lampoltshammer, will give a lecture titled “Artificial Intelligence in the Public Sector: Innovation Potential of Large Language Models” in room 206 of Building 15. The lecture does not require pre-registration and is open to the entire academic community.

Lampoltshammer is an associate professor and director of the Center for E-Governance from the Department for E-Governance and Administration at Donau-universität Krems. The researcher seeks to enhance technology and data science for social good, focusing on sustainability, governance, innovation of the public sector, and the ethical implications of the use of technology in society. PhD from the Graduate Program in Business Administration, Gabriela Pereira, is a researcher at the Austrian university.
