Priority areas and forthcoming actions under discussion
On Mar 20, 21 and 25, the coordinators of the Institutional Project of Internationalization (PUCRS-PrInt) of PUCRS joined for a meeting at the Office of the Vice President for Research and Graduate Studies (PROPESQ) to discuss relevant issues for the next actions to be taken. The main topics discussed include: priority areas, cooperation projects (countries and HEIs, budgeting for 2019 and 2020) as well as goals, new calls for the second group of applications in 2019, forthcoming actions and strategies to be developed under the Program of Internationalization (PII).
The stakeholders in different priority areas embraced by the PUCRS-PrInt met with the members of their respective groups. The area Health in Human Development was represented by the following faculty: Dr Cristiano Valim Bizarro, Dr Rita Mattiello, Dr Tatiana Quarti Irigaray, Dr Maria Martha Campos and Dr Carla Schwanke. The area World in Motion: individuals and society was represented by the following faculty: Dr Antonio De Ruggiero, Dr Ruth Gauer, Dr Alexandre Anselmo, Dr Edimara Luciano and Dr Ingo Sarlet. The area Technology and Biodiversity: sustainability, energy and the environment was represented by the following faculty: Dr Sandro Bonatto, Dr Luiz Gustavo Fernandes, Dr Fabian Vargas and Dr Eduardo Cassel. Prof. Dr Carla Denise Bonan, the PII manager, Dr Christian Kristensen, Dr Letícia Poehls and Dr Angelo Costa, as well as the administrative team Zíngara Lubaszewski and Francielle Abreu also joined the meeting.
