Applications for the Master’s program are open once a year (December) and for the PhD program every semester (July and December). For both degrees, top-raking applicants will be admitted to the programs according to the number of seats. A final ordered list of selected applicants, including the selected and replacement candidates, will be made available in view of the number of seats offered. If any selected candidates withdraws, replacement candidates may take their seats.
