Quote Approval – Commencing Services
Instruments to be calibrated and samples to be tested will only be entered onto the laboratory schedule (executed) after receiving formal acceptance of the quote in writing by email, fax or Purchase Order.
Note:Forwarding the instrument or sample to LABELO on the date forecast, after receiving the commercial proposal, will also be considered as formal acceptance.
Billing:
LABELO-PUCRS bills for service via bank payment invoice. The tests will just can be started after the sending of the paymment proof.
Packaging
The transportation of instruments or samples to LABELO and return shipping is the responsibility of the client. The relevant item(s) should be sent to the following address:

Insurance forth instruments and samples, including during their stay at LABELO, is the responsibility of the client.
When returning the instruments or samples, LABELO will use the same packaging in which they were sent by the client, provided it is in good condition, as well as the same form of transport. As such, once the service is complete, LABELO will make the necessary arrangements with the client responsible for the relevant shipping costs. For customers using their own transport, the date stipulated for completion of the the services is the same date on which the equipment will be available, at which time we will contact the client to arrange for collection.
Accessories And Manuals
In order to optimize the time the equipment soends in the laboratory, it is important that it be serviced before sending to determine that it is functioning correctly. Aspects to check include batteries, fuses, bad connection, etc.
All cables or connectors that do not comply with instrument standards should accompany the instrument or sample. Instruments and samples with complex operational proceduresor important operational details must be accompanied by the instruction manual.
Other Important Information
Term of Validity: Quotes are valid for 30 (thirty) consecutive days from the date of issue.
Delivery: The instrument(s) to be calibrated must be delivered to the lab at least 1 (one) working day before the date scheduled for beginning the services. Compliance with this date ensures completion within the time stipulated in the quote.
Packaging for Instruments and Samples: instruments and samples should be accommodated in boxes or cases to prevent damage during transportation.
