The Components Laboratory is dedicated to individually testing components used in electrical equipment, primarily appliances.
Within our main scope of work are capacitors, transformers, controllers, thermostats, timers and contactors, among others.
This laboratory is where mandatory testing is carried out on capacitors used in street lighting to comply with the Eletrobras Reluz program. In other words, all manufacturers or importers of capacitors used for this purpose must submit their products to the aging tests specified in IEC 1049.
We are also accredited to conduct tests on Empty Enclosures and Instrument Panels.
