The philosophy of LABELO/PUCRS is to provide the community with product conformity and equipment calibration services that are recognized by a third party institution with honesty and impartiality. In addition, the laboratory has provided accredited services to Cgcre.
LABELO is laboratory complex for calibration and tests relying on more than 25 years of accreditation by Inmetro’s General Accreditation Board (Cgcre), internationally recognized for its competence in the provision of conformity assessment services.
We are mostly devoted to meeting the needs of world-level manufacturers and importers. The services we provide comply with international norms, such as ISO and IEC. In view of the mutual recognition agreements established by the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC), the results of calibration and tests performed by the LABELO team can be employed in more than 90 countries, including the USA, Germany, the UK, Australia, China, South Korea and Japan.
On top of that, we offer attractive fees for the provision of services to the North American, European and Asian markets, and provide our partners with the necessary trust and agility to get access to the main global markets. You must know that Brazil is also a member of mutual recognition agreements with the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC) and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
