The Flammability Laboratory is currently accredited by Cgcre in more than 25 standards and is also qualified to carry out tests for compliance with Underwriters Laboratories (UL) standards, meaning Brazilian companies can test their products and receive certification for the North American market. In addition to NBR standards, Cgcre accreditation also IEC and ISO, in line with European standards. Testing is also performed in accordance with private standards, that is, the internal specifications of companies, which typically fall under general requirements.
The Flammability Laboratory has a wide range of clients, including major manufacturers of home appliances, wires, cables, reactors, lamps, plugs, sockets and other components from the electricl and electronics industry throughout the country and Latin America.
