The exam takes place every year in the beginning of December, in Porto Alegre, whereas some other programs will admit students in the middle of June;

Although proficiency in Portuguese is not mandatory, prospective international students must bear in mind that it is important to know the language, since all undergraduate and graduate courses are offered in Portuguese.
