Opportunities available in different areas
As many as 50 research opportunities are available to international students at PUCRS in 2019. These students will have the chance to have short-term practicum work in different areas under the supervision of our faculty.
A number research laboratories and research groups will be opening their doors to students. Click here to find out more about the eligibility criteria. The program will serve for students to have research practice and to get to know about a different culture and a different academic setting.
Successful applicants must be enrolled in a partner institution. They must be at least 18 years of age, present a valid passport and meet the requirements of the selected project. The Office of International Cooperation is ready to help students who choose PUCRS as a destination, in every stage of the process. The office will provide support for students in the process of registration and in regulating their status with the Federal Police. The Office of International Cooperation has also put together a calendar of integration activities throughout the year. They will also have the support and welcome of a University Buddy, a program that will pair them up with a local student.
