Agreement will facilitate mobility of Brazilian and German students

Now, the students of PUCRS and of Mainz University of Applied Sciences (CUAS Mainz), in Germany, will have one more destination to choose from for an academic mobility program. The agreement was established last week during the visit of Professor Ulrich Papenkort, of the Department of Social Work and Social Sciences, and Katrin Schneider, Director of International Relations of the German institution.
The representatives of CUAS Mainz were welcomed at the Office for International Cooperation by the Dean, Dr Heloísa Delgado. They had the chance to go on a guided tour around the Campus and learn more about the services offered by the Academic Mobility program, such as the support activities and assistance provided to international students. This agreement will make it possible both for Brazilians to do an exchange in Germany and for Germans to do an exchange at PUCRS.
The delegation also joined a meeting with the Dean of the School of Humanities, Dr Draiton de Souza, and the Administrative Coordinator of the Center for European and German Studies (CDEA), Dr Cristiane Kilian. At the meeting, they learned more about the center and the possibilities for cooperation.
