Computer Science major Caio Diehl Teixeira, who currently lives in the city of Auckland (New Zealand), has been enjoying increased popularity at New Zealand Post, a postal service provider he works for. Auckland Mail Centre systems analyst was featured in the weekly “Friday Staff spotlight” , in view of his professional skills which come as adequate and valuable contributions which facilitate the conception of ideas, concepts and business solutions.
Caio says that he is committed to understanding clients’ needs so that he can design, develop and put technologies in practice for the benefit of the company. “I love developing technology solutions that make a difference for uses and the NZ Post community. I take pride in seeing clients happy with the changes we have proposed in several sectors of the company. I have the authority to exercise my influence on businesses, processes and systems in order to achieve better results, as it is an inherent characteristic of my job”, says he.
In Teixeira’s view, his responsibilities are essential factors that drive the company to have a culture of innovation. Before he moved to New Zealand seeking a better life for his family, he worked for major companies such as Gerdau and Itaú.
