Online session to occur on Sept 1, at 12 AM (Brasília time)
A webinar to discuss the efforts of cooperation between Latin America and the US, titled Educación Superior: Vinculación entre Latinamérica y Estados Unidos, is scheduled to occur on Sept 1, at 12 AM (Brasília time). The session will feature the Regional Coordinator of EducationUSA in the Southern Cone Rita Moriconi, the Director of Internationalization of Universidad Popular Autónoma del Estado de Puebla (UPAEP) José Pablo Nuño and the Director of International Relations of Marymount University Víctor Betancourte.
The session will be held in Spanish, but simultaneous interpreting will be provided into Portuguese. The event will be open to the public and will occur via Zoom. To register, click here.
PUCRS is now member of the consultative board of ODUCÁTEDRAS, a training program for the internationalization of higher education of the Organization of Catholic Universities of Latin America and the Caribbean (ODUCAL). The initiative aims to provide specialized training to member institutions and help them achieve academic excellence. There will be three lines of action: 1) training to managers and / or members of international offices; 2) training to teaching staff; and 3) training to the university community in general.
