Italian professor visits PUCRS to discuss biopsychosocial aspects in adults

Through the Institutional Project of Internationalization (CAPES-PrInt), professor from the Department of Neurosciences, Mental Health and Sensory Organs at the Università degli Studi di Roma Sapienza, Francesco Della Gatta, is at PUCRS for meetings, lectures, and conferences with researchers. Della Gatta is the author of books and scientific papers on healthy brains published in international journals.

On December 3, the researcher was welcomed at the Office for International Cooperation (ECI) by Coordinator of Internationalization of Graduate Programs, Lilian Hübner, and by professor at the School of Health and Life Sciences and at the Graduate Program in Psychology, Tatiana Quarti Irigaray. During the meeting, they discussed biopsychosocial aspects associated with the individual’s health in their adult life, field of study of the researcher and his research partner at PUCRS, Tatiana Irigaray.

In addition, they prospected cooperation between both institutions, with possibilities of international funding. Della Gatta got to know spaces that are a reference in education and learning at PUCRS, like the Library, Living 360°, and Tecnopuc.
