Dr Rui Menezes discussed strategies for bringing the two institutions together

Instituto Universitário de Lisboa (ISCTE) professor, Dr Rui Menezes, paid PUCRS a visit at the end of May. The plan was to strengthen the ties between the two institutions as a means to promote internationalization, academic mobility of faculty and students and research in different academic areas.
Menezes, who is responsible for the mission of cooperation with Brazil, demonstrated his interest in continuing cooperating with the University, as he tried to look for international research projects to renew the cooperation agreement. Negotiations are supposed to start shortly.
Welcomed by the Dean of International Cooperation, Dr Heloísa Orsi Koch Delgado, Menezes met with the Dean of Graduate Programs, Dr Christian Haag Kristensen, and representatives from the School of Technology and Business School, Dr Isabel Benedetto and Dr Gustavo Inácio de Moraes. The team sought to discuss strategies to bring the two institutions together.
