The XVIII International Symposium of Geriatrics and Gerontology and the IX Symposium of Geriatric Psychiatry will take place on September 23-25
On September 23, 24 and 25, PUCRS Institute of Geriatrics and Gerontology will hold the XVIII International Symposium of Geriatrics and Gerontology and the IX Symposium of Geriatric Psychiatry. The event will have lecturers from countries like Brazil, Italy, Portugal, Japan and Switzerland, and will address topics such as active aging, prevention, treatment of geriatric diseases and mental health, all aiming at aging with quality of life, autonomy and independence. The objective of the event is to bring professionals and interested students the latest updates in the area.
The symposia are open to the participation of external audiences and will take place online, on the Zoom platform. It is necessary to register for participation.

Until August 31: R$70.00 for PUCRS professors, students and administrative staff, R$80.00 for PUCRS alumni and R$90.00 for the general public.
