Event discussed collaboration opportunities in the areas of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation
Tecnopuc’s director, Rafael Prikladnicki, joined the seminar about university and business alliance for productivity and innovation, in Ecuador, in celebration of the 150th anniversary of Universidade de Cuenca. Prikladnicki talked about the PUCRS’ Science and Technology Park and the keys for success in the actions involving universities and businesses.
Prikladnicki visited Ecuador along with Roberto Alvarez, CEO of Global Federation of Competitive Councils (GFCC), of which PUCRS and the National Confederation of Industry (CNI) are part. The trip was intended to introduce Tecnopuc and some collaboration opportunities in the areas of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation. Prikladnicki met with the secretary of Higher Education, Science, Technology and Innovation of Ecuador, Augusto Barrera, and with the CEO of the Center of Competitiveness of Ecuador, Nathalie Cely. Strengthening the relationship between universities and productive sectors in order to boost the country’s development was one of the main issues addressed.
